Who we are
We are a Swiss company founded in 1995, specialized in providing financing solutions for industrial equipment and machinery procurement. In Cominvestment we are, above all, committed to providing services in Financing, Trade, and Project Development in Europe and Latin America.
Our History
The company was founded in Zurich in 1995, as Motcom AG (a leading company in the two-way radio sector).
In 2001, the name changed to Cominvestment AG, to become a new corporate Holding Company. The Radio and Communications business is transferred to the new company Motcom Communication AG, 100% branch of Cominvestment AG. The group increases its presence in the communications market in Switzerland and evaluates entering new markets.
In 2010, Cominvestment perceives a high development potential in Latin America and expands into the Caribbean, exporting equipment and engineering, followed by its financing solutions.
Subsequently, through acquisitions and new alliances, Cominvestment expands its range of products and services, and increases its presence towards new destinations with a focus on Latin America. With the creation of new purchase and export companies in several European countries, Cominvestment increases its competitiveness for its wide supply of financed procurement for its clients in Latin America.
